Meet Adam Hagedorn

Attorney at Law

For nearly 15 years, Adam has litigated civil cases on behalf of individuals and businesses. During that time, he has practiced law in New York City and Minneapolis, handling insurance claim appraisals, arguing in insurance-based arbitrations, and honing essential courtroom skills.

His expertise extends to the insurance claims process, including investigations, summary judgment, trial, and appeals, with specialization in coverage and policy exclusions for fraud, deliberate material misrepresentations, intentional acts, and other ways insurers try to avoid paying claims.

Adam’s core focus is insurance law, but he also represents clients in a variety of civil matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, defamation, and probate. He holds a B.A. University of Minnesota and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and New York. He is also admitted to the federal courts: United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Adam is also a volunteer immigration attorney with Advocates for Human Rights, a No-Fault Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, and a member of the AI Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Clarity from day one

This work is ultimately built on trust and honesty . To do that you need a lawyer who is straightforward about fees, timetable, and ultimately the results of a successful litigation.

Insurance claims simplified

Insurance issues are confusing, and frankly that’s how some insurers want it. We will help you sort through the red tape to understand exactly what your rights are and what your insurer is obligated to cover. They want you to feel overwhelmed. Don’t be.

A partner in the process

We believe that the best decisions come when you know the whole story, but some firms try to hide the true cost of claims or litigation. We give you complete clarity into your costs and outcomes so that you can make the decision that’s right for YOU — even if that means going in a different direction.
